We are from the City of Chicago after 53 years of having city water and sewer and now on a septic field, Jean's Septic was highly recommended from a relative.  They said Caleb was diligent, and very much a hands on person who wanted to do the best job possible.  We had two other men on the job who we throughly enjoyed.  It was a new adventure for us to see the process from beginning to end.  It was fun.  Believe it or not, I wanted to learn everything there was to learn about septic tanks, fields, how often, how, why,etc.  They  were answering every question and actually enjoying the STINKY job.  Yes....I did gag, but...I think that is what made it more fun. They know what to do and how to do their job well.  They were very professional.
I learned so much, felt more confident that it was cleaned and we can live in a home that we would not have any issues over the next few years.
The gave us some important suggestions that we will definately put to good use.
Their number is in our phone book and  have them on the calendar to use again.
