Broke a pipe on a Sunday afternoon when it was 80 and sunny. They were at my home within an hour and that was with a half hour drive. So thankful and job well done !

Joe had to do a lot of research on the internet to find a bathroom fixture to replace a 23-year old one. He also fixed a leaky shower faucet and replaced an old shower head with a new one that included a hand-held diverter. He did a great job with everything.

Joe did 2 jobs for me -- repaired a burst pipe and later replaced my bathtub and tub surround. He did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, precise, conscientious, prompt and reliable. He made recommendations based on his experience and explained things as he went along. He did a great job of cleaning up. In his bid, Joe was very specific about the products he was planning to use. My one regret is that I did not review them all ahead of time to make sure they had the features I wanted. All in all, though, I am very satisfied with the outcome, and I highly recommend J. Hughes Plumbing.

He was very professional, including putting down a sheet to protect the floors. His price was very reasonable and he was honest about what needed to be done.
