Company was called to check our leaking roof & he was prompt to respond to our call. Came same day to check what needed to be done. As soon as weather permitted being on roof, he arrived and replaced our leaking vent and caulked around the chimney. Also informed us that our gutters were full of dirt and were full of rain water, so I asked him to take care of that too which he did. He was very professional and I have made arrangements for him to come back to complete some other work in a few weeks.
