Description of Work: Submitted a loan application online nearly three weeks ago. It took nearly two weeks to hear any sort of response to our application. We finally received a call stating that we qualify for a FHA mortgage, however, we applied specifically for a USDA Rural Development Loan. We were told that figures would be redone to see if we would qualify for that loan program. Here we are another week later, no word, no response. When we call to ask what the progress is we're told "Oh, it's been absolutely crazy here! I'll get everything figured today and get you called back either today or tomorrow". Call NEVER comes. Lots of broken promises, no effort to assist customers, no urgency to hurry the process along at all. In our case, we're limited on time. Our current lease expires in 2 1/2 months and we'd rather not have to sign another lease in order to stay at our current residence. We started this process in ample amount of time to meet that end of the lease deadline but because of stalling, lies and broken promises it's doubtful we'll make that deadline.Thanks for wasted time Waterstone Moline and thank you for not putting value into your customer's lives.
