Everything went well. I wasn't able to get the date I originally asked for, but I did call about 3 pm the day before I wanted them to come out. Then I didn't have another day off for week after that, and the gentleman who answered the phone was concerned about me not having a refrigerator from a week and asked if I had something to hold me over until that date. The technician was very prompt, in fact he arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled timeframe, and called me from outside to make sure I was ready for him. They charged $65 to come out and look at the refrigerator, but if you decide to have it fixed that amount goes toward the total cost of the bill. I ended up having my overload and relay replaced, which took about 20 minutes or so. The technician was very polite and efficient.
