After finding out we were getting the lowest grade of shingles and our board wasn't making the company give us the shingles we were told we'd get, frustrated as I was I had no choice but to stay out of it.

The work was done in good time but the cleanup of the yard left a lot to be desired, which I didn't notice until I went outside and looked around after they left. My displeasure is not about the work. It is about the payment of the bill.
We were told when we signed the papers that since we couldn't pay the whole amount at time of installation, a payment plan would be arranged. It took several months after the work was done before we suddenly received a bill from Wells Fargo for the amount! No "arrangements" had been made, I never signed any kind of agreement to open or use this credit card, no communication from the Pitcher Perfect office, just this bill! I did begin and have continued to make the monthly payments, but the way this particular credit works, as I understand it, I cannot pay off the bill at one time, but have to continue to make payments (AND pay the interest which is charged every month) until it is paid! I now have enough money to pay the remaining amount off, but I can't do it! I would have used my own credit card had I known this. I contacted the roofing company and asked for paperwork that showed I authorized this credit card! When I finally received something from them, it still had no authorization from me .
Maybe this is how it works these days, but I object to the fact that I did not get any kind of communication from Pitcher Perfect and I never authorized any credit card account, and now I am paying monthly interest. If I am wrong, I would appreciate it being explained to me.

At first it was fine until the first downpour rain, then the roof vent leaded and left a stain in my hallway, the next time we received rain the ceiling leaked and has a spot in my Kitchen. We called and each time we called it took at least 2 weeks for them to respond. Apparently the vent pipe for the water heater is bad and the flashing needs to be replaced. They did not inform us of this when they were roofing the house and now they are saying it is not their problem. If we would have known it needed to be replaced we would have had someone come and replace it before they put the new shingles on. Some of the shingles have cuts in them, others have divots from possibly something being dropped on it. They have not answered concerns about these things, we have mailed pictures of everything to them and the only thing they say they will do is come and paint the spot on the kitchen ceiling.

Windows were in in 4-5 weeks, installed 2 weeks after and rescheduled 3 times. They billed my credit card incorrectly and I called right away to have them reverse the transaction, I was told it was done and taken care of, when I noticed it wasn't I called back the person I had talked to didnt answer or return my calls - so I called his boss to find out the lady that was supposed to reverse it hadn't and wasn't even in the office. Took them nearly a week to reverse it. Oh and the crew that put the windows in left a huge mess behind my son was picking up staples and nails. Needless to say I heard what I wanted to hear and there was little follow through. The last time I talked to them they said they were going to look into compensating me for my trouble with my credit card. Never been compensated - never heard back. I do love my windows though, I just really hope nothing goes wrong or is wrong with them (haven't used them since it's winter) because I really don't want to ever have them back in my house. I guess if your looking for cheap windows and have a lot of patience this might be the company to go through, but if you want to skip the hassle I'd look for another company.
