|My initial phone contact with Shirley (Hope I remembered her name correctly) was very professional and friendly. I had a good feeling from the start. My pickup was delivered to them and later that afternoon, they called with the news that the starter was bad. On top of that, the alternator was not performing up to par. I figured that too, since the new battery didn't help. After giving them the OK, the truck was ready later that day.

|My Ford seemed good for about a week before the and quot;Check Charging Systemand quot; message appeared again. Without hesitation, they asked me to bring it back for an inspection. Steve said the new alternator was bad out of the box.

|Olson's got a new one for me and put it in with no additional charges. The truck has run perfectly since then. I will continue to bring my truck to them from now on, and will recommend them highly to anyone needing automotive services.

Had what I suspected was a starter go out on my '03 Toyota Corolla. Had car towed to Olson's Auto over the weekend so that it could be looked at as soon as possible Monday morning. Had confirmation from the shop that this was the issue and quoted price by midday, car was repaired by the end of that same day. New starter worked great and has ever since the repair. Two year warranty included on the starter for the service price.
Olson's is a shop that has a good reputation, and I use it when my dealer either isn't available or I cannot justify the cost of dealer service. I have sent a number of people to this shop and they have always given good results. Good shop.
