I overpaid by $200 because they kept saying invoicing was behind. It took them 6 months to repay me. I still have not received my key back from them. They claim to have lost it.

They are incompetent and irresponsible!!!!!!!

This company started out well, but after a few visits, I started noticing they were not cleaning verywell at all.  I have four bedrooms upstairs and we agreed that they would perform minor cleaning in the back two bedrooms, just dusting a couple small dressers and quick vacuum.  The last three visits, they did not even go into the rooms.  They would vacuum just up to the door.  We agreed on "minor cleaning" in these rooms!  It was very difficult to get anyone to return you call.  The reason I FIRED them though was that one day I came home from work early and they were leaving, an hour early!  They weren't even going to tell me.  I already had the check written out, so I said "just add the time to my next cleaning".  So they owed me extra time on the next visit.  I wasn't happy, but what could I do, they said "they had to go to someone else's house".  I even wrote on the check, STILL OWE 1/2 CLEANING.  After many calls to the business owners, I told them about it, and basically they didn't believe me.  Well, I've got the check, and they have it on record (about the extra time) and I am not going to make something like that up.  The last thing you want to do is to call your customer a liar, especially with WRITTEN PROOF!  The date of service is approximate and I believe I fired them in Jan/Feb.  You cannot discuss any payment information with the cleaning ladies, only the the owners, so you are at their mercy because they do not return your calls very promptly.  I have had cleaning people while living in many different parts of the world.  This company is not meant to clean private homes
