"I am sorry you had a bad experience with our company. Our company strives to exceed customer expectations. In reviewing your account with us we have not done service for your property since December 2010. We did not do service for you in July 2012. We have on record numerous times you or your wife cancelled service at the last minute with us or with no notice at all. We let this go for a couple of years without any cancellation fees or trip fees. We also explained to your wife that our technicians work on commission and we would need more notice of cancellations or we would not be able to service you any longer. Unfortunately, keeping appointments times was not done and you continued to cancel our stand us up all together. That is what caused us to end service with you. This also had happened in 2009 and we ended service with you at that time for you cancelling services or standing us up. We took you back and explained that we needed to have regular services done and the reasons why. We would have loved to continue our services for you but we were left with no choice other than to end the service. We feel that it is a privilege for us to service our customers and we strive to give excellent customer service at all times. Unfortunately, we were not able to provide you excellent service due to you not keeping your appointments."
