Every interaction I had with them up until the day of my wedding was wonderful. They were helpful and I felt well taken care of. Jump to the day of my wedding. Delivery was an hour late! And the person delivering the flowers was extremely rude and hostile to those who were waiting for the flowers. Because of the delay we needed to take the flowers right away instead of having them split between the reception and ceremony. The delivery person insisted this wasn't what she was supposed to do and was belligerent to my cousin, my planner and my mother who was on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. I was so disappointed that such a good relationship ended so poorly, but I would not recommend them. Especially for a wedding. Being an hour late for a wedding when schedules are always extremely tight and planned out a head of time is simply inexcusable.
