Exceptionally well. I would recommend Rylee to anyone. She works HARD, shows up when she says she will, and communicates effectively (her first morning was delayed a day by another customer's emergency, but Rylee called us to let us know what was going on). She put in a full day's work, EVERY time she showed up (three... maybe four days, I don't remember) and she rarely, if ever, took breaks. In fact, the only time I remember her stopping was when we TOLD her to stop and take a break for lunch. She was very detail-oriented in her work; she did everything she said she would, down to the minutest detail, without being reminded; if you discussed something with her and she said she'd do it, she did. Quite refreshing. So many people need nagged or prodded and seem to blow it off that they've given their word about something. Not Rylee -- if she said she'd take care of it, she did, and without seeking praise or backslapping. She just worked, worked, worked, worked, worked, worked... then left at the end of the day, and showed up the next morning. No having to call her and ask "Hey! Where the 'heck' are you? Why aren't you HERE?!" It was SO nice having her do our electrical work. Originally, I'd contacted "The Electrical Physician" (if you're shopping for electricians in the Quad Cities, you know the outfit I mean) but, just for the panel alone, it was going to cost an arm and a leg. Because Rylee (H. A. Electric) makes a point of identifying specialization in old homes, which ours is, I gave her a call... and boy, I'm glad I did! With all the improvements, it's like we have a new house now! It's amazing what light here, light there, and some conveniences where needed, can do to enhance the "happy home" feeling a person has about where he or she lives! We had Rylee do a few extra things beyond her original quote, but that's only because we felt so good about having HER doing the work for us... and while we had her showing up anyway, it just made sense to have her do a few other things we'd been wanting. Bang for buck, Rylee is worth the money. She works hard, doesn't complain, and you're paying her for what she knows and her skills, not for a fancy truck with a gee-whiz paint job and a guy in a colorful shirt with a name tag sewed on.

After having power go out on a Sunday, Rylee from H.A. Electric called me first thing the following morning and was over to the home within an hour. She determined right away many issues with my service panel and recommended a replacement. I know that she had a few other jobs that she and her crew were doing that day but was able to squeeze my job into their schedule which was awesome as I really didn't want to stay another night in a hotel. She made me a list of everything that I needed and by the time I got to the supply store to purchase, she had pulled everything needed for the job and had it waiting for me to purchase. Very cool. FYI - she did offer to buy for me and add the material cost to the job total but I needed to return a bunch of stuff at that store so it made sense for me to buy them. I found her to be very honest and reasonable with her quote and even though the job entailed a little more work than anticipated, she kept to her original quoted price. Other providers would have most definitely charged me more. This is a top notch company and I plan on having them come back to do some more work on my older home's wiring. Highly recommended. Hire with confidence. A+

Simply put, this was excellent service all around. The electrician promptly came out to assess the job and give an estimate, which we considered to be fair and we agreed to have this company do the work.  
Thinking it would be a few days before they could get to us, we went about our business.  About an hour later, they called to tell us they could do the work this same day. About an hour and a half later, the work was done.
The installation was very neat, all the wiring properly secured to and through the joists and the outlet placed just where we needed it.  In addition, Rylee, the electrician, noted other issues with our wiring that should be addressed, which we appreciated as we are trying to get a handle on what all needs to be done with the electrical in our old home.
In short, it was refreshing to not only get a prompt call-back, but to get such quick service.

This solution allowed us to keep the same amount of watts coming into the house but use those watts more efficiently.

It went well and completed in about four hours, but the final price was higher than estimate. They did do a few extra things.
The only issue I had was that I asked for an extra 50A breaker, which he charged me for, but I didn't receive it. I did not get a final itemized bill. I wished I ask for it, so that it would have had the purchase of the breaker.

They came sooner than I expected and did their job very efficiantly. The power company man said the work had been done exactly as needed to restore service. They were courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to call them again as well as reccommend them to others.

I have an old house that was in need of some electrical repairs mostly from bad work that was done by previous owners. This company found every problem and fixed them all. They are very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend them.

They did a nice job. The price was very reasonable. I would use their services again in the future.
