The work was performed very satisfactorily. Installing a new pipe for the shower head proved to be tricky as an old installation had left a 2 x 4 in the way of installation. While cutting a hole on the access side of the wall would have been an option, he was able to work from the hole drilled on the tub enclosure side to cut through the 2x4 and work the pipe through. This not only made for a cleaner installation, but prevented me from having to patch the wall after the installation was complete. I felt that this was 'above and beyond' what might have occurred with other technicians.
In addition to arriving right on time, everything was cleaned up afterwards and ready to go. The job took 4-1/2 hours which I felt was reasonable for the work performed and conditions encountered. I would definitely consider using Erickson's again based on this experience.

This company is the one we call for all our plumbing needs. The old faucet and shut off valves were stuck so we call Erickson Plumbing to do the work. They came within 4 business days and called ahead right at the time given. Professional job in less than an hour.

My boiler wasn't functioning properly - it was close to 0 degrees outside but only 65 in my house with the thermostat set to 72! Justin from Erickson Plumbing and Heating came to the rescue! This is my first house with baseboard radiators (I've always had forced air), and Justin not only fixed my boiler issue but I now know how the system works, how to bleed air out of the radiators (he even provided me with a key), and I can tell you my boiler's current pressure! He was here for around 2 1/2 hours, and with parts and labor I was pleased with the price and the education - and the HEAT in my house! All in all a great experience - total A+!
