I pretty much knew I was going to hire Dan Hanell Construction for my roof project as soon as they showed up to do the estimate. The communication before and during the job was perfect. I plan to hire this company again, and you should definitely consider them for your project/

Very good. They came out, gave me a bid based on a Mid American audit. They were well aware of the rebates available and services required.
Arranged an installation time and they came and installed the insulation.
Also arranged the rebates and mailed them in for me.

We had them replace windows, install doors and put up replacement gutters / downspouts and pop-up drain systems and they did excellent work and their employees were great.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and service.  Apart from unavoidable delays due to the severe winter that we just endured as well as to obtain the necessary parts, all of the work was completed on time and as promised.  Customer service was very courteous and professional and their representative answered all of my questions promptly.  I would definitely hire this company in the future when I need any exterior work performed on my house or barn.

The crews did a great job.

Micky came right out and took the order for the windows and soffit panels on September 24 but the work didn't get done until November.lt took that long to get the materials.
The guys that actually did the work were pleasant and ready to answer any questions I had. They put down tarps to catch the wood and nails from removing the old windows and after they were done they cleaned up so that all you saw was pretty new windows. I was very impressed by how careful to get thing just right they were . I would not hesitate to use Dan Hanell Construction in the future.

They were very professional and the workers who came out got along great with us.  They were very personable and they answered all our questions. We thought the pricing was wonderful compared to other people we dealt with.  It was about $10000 cheaper and the work was excellent. 

Their employees were great. They cleaned up after themselves. We will be using them again.
