Blondell Plumbing Service

Blondell did a fabulous job for us. From estimate to finishing the job they were superb. They helped us every step of the way with this large scale project and even arranged for us to have concrete broken up in the process of moving services. We did most of the other work in the house ourselves so it was really important for us to get the best estimates for our trades that we were hiring done. I cannot accurately articulate here how good they are at what they do. They offered great advice and did outstanding, high quality work for us.

Called at 9:15 AM, Lady answering phone was very cordial, informative, and helpful.  Placed order. At 1:15PM, the installer was at the house, very courteous, professional, job was completed by 3:15 PM.  No evidence that anything had been done except now I    had a brand new 40 gallon water heater in place. Site completely cleaned up.l

My water heater broke, leaked out all over basement.  I called a larger plumbing company first and the woman wouldn't even work with me to decide what size heater I had, all the labels were removed by the previous owner.  The lady at Blondells said she would be happy to help me figure it out and as soon as I told her the water heater was short, she knew it was 40 gallons.  They had my water heater replaced in a few hours. Plumber was clean, professional and fast!

The first request was completed quickly and successfully.  The second request could not be completed at no fault of the provider.  The main shutoff valve at street level could not be closed.  The provider had contacted the city earlier to make sure the valve could be opened and closed.  The city stated they will visit my property to place the valve in working order.  The provider will return when the valve is operational.  I will use the provider to complete the work.

They were on time and performed task in timely manner for a reasonable price.  We had no follow up issues with the work they did.

They replaced a valve that runs into the house from the outside. They tested to find the leak. They do great work. They are always on time. They are an absolutely wonderful company.
