Our roof got damaged by the storm that came through the QC. Their crew came out the next day and put a tarp over it to protect it. They fixed it the following week. They did a good job, Only small thing I noticed was a couple of shingles in the gutter they forgot to clean up and a drip rail I want him to look at. But overall I am pleased with what he did.

I thought the windows went good. The price was good, I thought they could have done a better job and caulking the windows. They cleaned up real good and went pretty fast.
They also installed new gutters, They did a good job on the install and the clean up. I have been having problems with the gutter leaking at the corners. . They have already been out here twice to fix the leaky gutters. It is kind of frustrating. Currently have one leaking that they have already fixed this summer. 

Very pleased with all of the work. The new roof was completed in one day and the crew did a superior job of cleaning up after the work. The gutters were installed a week later by a separate crew and again the work was quick and the clean-up was superior. Two other people came to install the two, new exterior doors plus frames including screen doors and handles. Also completed was the installation of a new mail box with post set in cement. This project was completed over two days.
What was most appreciated was the office team's coordination effort. I contracted for the work in June. June 2014 was a very rainy month. Since work on homes ahead of mine were delayed, our construction projects were delayed. The office team kept us informed on schedules and when to prepare for the three work crews. They did a very good job with coordination. The owner of the company also helped me with ordering of the supplies with a local hardware company and coordinating for the deliveries. My estimate included many options so that I could choose the desired work and understood the prices.
The roofing crew repaired two rotten spots quickly and at minimal additional cost. I appreciated their initiative.
I am very pleased with the work.

Everything was completed in a timely manner. Workers were courtious and professional. It rained a lot and they worked when they could which was all right with me as I wanted quality work done. Very satisfied with end result,

We requested a bid from Advanced based on a referral from a friend of a friend who has done business with them in the past. We had two other quotes to compare them against and not only were they considerably less, my husband and I felt very comfortable with them - we knew exactly what we were getting with our money. No hassling with negotiations- they give you their (very competitive) price and you take it or leave it. Amy was great about giving her opinions on quality and style- I truly felt she had our best interest at heart.

The project started a week earlier than planned and they left everything picked up after a week of work. We have a 1970's home and more remodeling to do. Advanced is the first on our list to call.

They came out when they said they were going to, they didn't blow us off. The guy who did it was the owner and he wasn't pushy at all. They told us our options, price, and how good the product was, and then he sat back and let us choose what we wanted. He had a full crew of men when they started and they took all of the windows out and put the new ones back in. When they were done the work had that finished work look to it. I am happy to give them my praises. They are true to their word and they do as good a job as they say they will do. They do the job to your satisfaction and make sure you are happy with it.

The project took two days. One day one the guys (the contractor and one work man) removed the existing windows, reframed, and put in the new windows. On day two the new trim and caulking was done. The project turned out great and the windows look perfect. They match our other new windows (but are from a different company) and the trim work done inside looks topnotch. The guys were very professional and courteous.
