THE COMPANY OFFICE SAID THE SERVICEMAN WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 1PM AND 3PM. THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED AT 1:45 PM WHICH I CONSIDERED ON TIME. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE DID THE REPAIRS QUICKLY AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED WHEN HE FINISHED. HE EVEN TOOK THE BROKEN DISPOSAL WITH HIM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY EVEN HAD ME COME OUT TO THEIR COMPANY TO SHOW ME THE SUMP PUMP AND HOW IT WORKS BEFORE THEY INSTALLED IT!
