The project went very well. Patrick worked with me to alter scheduling due to weather conditions and my work schedule. The workers were on time and mindful of my family’s needs in terms of entering and leaving our home. The workers were thorough and Patrick sent pictures of the final product and my new roof is beautiful.

Viking Roofing and Construction completed my roof in 2 days. Everyone was professional and friendly. The crew who worked on my project did so in an efficient manner. My roof and skylights look beautiful. Most importantly, there are no more leaks!!!

It went great! The crew was on time and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was told they would contact me. When they did not, I called them. After leaving a few messages, I finally got an appointment scheduled. As I had to work, I asked for the latest appointment they had. They told me the latest was between 3 and 4. I arranged to leave work early so I could be home by 3 to meet them. by 4:15, I had called the home warranty service asking for another contractor. No call, No show. I took time off of work to meet them. Completely unprofessional behavior. After this experience, I don't know that I would trust their work.

Were the contracted party to come out for a roof leak through a home warranty company. Have a roof leak that is through chimney flashing. Rep climbed up on roof to look and tell me chimney flashing needed to be sealed and that warranty would not cover it. He said it would cost $250 (to only reseal chimney flashing!!) so I asked him to go ahead and do the work since he was just up on the roof. He then proceeded to tell me that Viking was backed up about 1 week until they could get out. I mentioned if he could just go back up and seal it, even a temp patch for rain coming, and he said no. Waited since previous Friday and weekend for this contractor to come out and be useless in repairing my roof issue. Worst part is I had to hand over a $100 service fee which was all the phone rep was interested in. Needless to say I won't be referring them or using them ever after this encounter.

It went great, they under promised and over delivered ( I.e it was started and completed sooner than I expected) They kept work area neat and were happy to answer questions through project . The price was great for value delivered as well. Again a very positive experience - The quote was exactly what we paid - Again I would highly recommend.

When contract was signed was told they would be putting new roof on within two weeks. After several phone calls after two weeks past and no show, no call back, finally got a hold of company. Person in office seemed disorganized and unaware contract had been signed. Never followed thru with insurance requests of breakdown of pricing. Took many phone calls. Finally showed up day after I was told they would be here at 10 AM. Workers were clean, courteous and worked very hard, no slacking.

I think they didn’t have that much business bureau and also didn’t have that many reports on Angie’s List. So it seemed little iffier going towards them. They also told that they won’t use certain type of shingle and I wanted my own shingle to be fitted. I not only checked them with Angie’s List but also checked them with business bureau and it sort of gave me a question mark about them. I remember that they left the estimate in the door where as the other company gave it to me. I felt that they weren’t right for me.

They did our roof a couple of years ago, and then we got a leak. They were very good in coming back to re-seal it. They took care of the problem instantly. They were very prompt in their response to the leak. They didn't charge us anything because it was under warranty.

Viking told me that they would arrive at my house to begin around 8 am. By 8:30, they had an entire crew on my roof performing the tear off. After all of the old shingles and tar paper was removed, they discovered several boards on the north side of the roof were in very bad shape and had to be replaced. The boards were quickly replaced and the new roofing began. Everything was completed by 3:45 pm that same day. Viking did an excellent job in cleaning up the area around my house and I found very little that was missed by them.

They did a fantastic job. Clean up was superb. They addressed any complaints I had.
