Water Softener Service
Tim has changed from when he installed my whole house water softening system 9 years ago. On his last visit he was abrupt, raised his service fee pretty high, was asked to look over my system (he literally just looked at it-no testing or adjusting- where I found out later it DID need repair, stated the resin didn't need replacement ( it did ) and had a hissy fit when I mentioned his brother services my RO system. Appointments were mis-booked, too. Too bad, he was great before, but sadly I will never use his services again. There's always another company that can earn my business, and I found one.
