Description of Work: Ordered some now audio equipment on the advice of one of their sales people. Through no fault of the store, this equipment is still not delivered to the store. I just wish the sales person would have known about the delay in advance.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a ton of electronic equipment damaged by lighting damage it was all shorted out .I was very happy with Ed I think that was his name he was nice well informed and let me look without any pressure .I was in the store for 3 hours and listened to a ton of speakers and watched a few different projectors I was thrilled with the service and selection .

 + -1 moreThey were easy to schedule on the phone, even though they couldn't do the work quite as fast as I wanted (but still within 10-days). Craig, their technician, arrived on-time, listened to my problems and concerns, and explained what he was going to do. He completed the work, and even suggested a couple of changes that helped things work better.
Description of Work: Their technician, Craig, fixed both our home theater Blu-Ray HD player and our whole house stereo system.

 + 1 moreIt is a family owned company that has been around for quite awhile. Their service is excellent. The installation went smoothly. They were very thorough, and explained everything very well.
Description of Work: I had a consultant come out with regard to cabling my new upstairs. I also bought two TVs and a DVD player from them, which they installed.

 + -1 moreWHAT A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE. THEIR STORE WAS GREAT, DISPLAYED ALL THE PRODUCTS, AND THEY LET ME CHECK OUT THEIR PERFORMANCE IN-STORE BEFORE PURCHASING. I HAD SOME SPECIAL NEEDS TO DESIGN THE SYSTEM TO FIT OUR HOME. THEY HAD GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS, INCLUDING WAYS TO SAVE MONEY. THEIR CUSTOM INSTALLATION CREW WAS GREAT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT. THIS IS A FUN PRODUCT TO BUY, AND THE LITTLE GUYS ADDED TO THE EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: I HAD A WHOLE HOUSE HOME THEATER SYSTEM INSTALLED, INCLUDED PICKING OUT ALL OF THE AUDIO AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS THE CUSTOM INSTALLATION.
