They were easy to schedule on the phone, even though they couldn't do the work quite as fast as I wanted (but still within 10-days). Craig, their technician, arrived on-time, listened to my problems and concerns, and explained what he was going to do. He completed the work, and even suggested a couple of changes that helped things work better.

WHAT A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE. THEIR STORE WAS GREAT, DISPLAYED ALL THE PRODUCTS, AND THEY LET ME CHECK OUT THEIR PERFORMANCE IN-STORE BEFORE PURCHASING. I HAD SOME SPECIAL NEEDS TO DESIGN THE SYSTEM TO FIT OUR HOME. THEY HAD GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS, INCLUDING WAYS TO SAVE MONEY. THEIR CUSTOM INSTALLATION CREW WAS GREAT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS, PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT. THIS IS A FUN PRODUCT TO BUY, AND THE LITTLE GUYS ADDED TO THE EXPERIENCE.
