Everything went as planned. The crew showed up as scheduled. They were very professional, competent, efficient and thorough. The entire process from set-up to clean-up took about 8 hours. They used a crane to lift large limbs that the 'climber' had previously cut. Most of the wood was fed into a chopper, but quite a number of the larger limbs were neatly piled to be picked up the following week. A couple of weeks later, the final work was performed as the stumps were ground down. The workplace - my yard - was neatly cleaned up after the work was performed. Aside from two large piles of chips, neatly stacked over the where the stumps were, there are no signs I had either trees or worked performed to remove them.

It went great! Marcus Parker came out to go over my property. After 25 years of growth my trees are beyond my skills and knowledge. Marcus walked through all issues, promptly sent a proposal and answered all my follow up questions. Worked was contracted for the fall with a few weeks of backlog to wait on. Received a call about a week later they could be out the next day. They took about a day to do all of this work and other than to work on the trees you would never know they were here. Property very clean and in order. This was the most expensive items of about 5 quotes. Did not take quotes but based on the work and what it would cost me to do on my own I thought it was good. I will have them fertilize and treat a tree with a fungus problem in 2018. Those prices were very good. Great work to date!

Work progressed smoothly. We have received several treatments over the course of the 2017 growing season. Though the lawn is stressed due to lack of rainfall, that is beyond Davey's purview. We expect a favorable outcome next spring when treatments experience the benefit of Fall and Winter precipitation.

Terrible experience. Over-priced but accepted because I had health issues that prevented further research for other companies.
Provider did none of the things promised in brochure. For example, did not call day before for reminder, arrived two hours earlier than expected - did not ring bell to announce arrival. Worst of all, did not "thoroughly" clean premises after work was performed not a small task given that landscape rocks were left in lawn and difficult to clean up. (This was a justification offered for high price.)
Called and sent email to complain to person who provided estimate (district sales manager). He was unresponsive to my concerns and unapologetic. Offered no solutions until I demanded a crew return to finish cleaning. I asked for a discount of $100 which he sail he would do - we'll see. Finally, two persons arrived to clean up. Their attitude and approach to task was so bad in my view that I told them to get out. Very disappointed.





 

They were fine; no problem.  I've hired them so I must have thought they were competitive.

Marcus Parker is who we've been dealing with lately, and he's incredibly responsive and full of information. The work they do is always very professional, and the tree they helped me revive is doing much better these days. I would recommend them to anybody!
