It is working fine. They are reliable and come when they say they are going to come. They do it quietly and leave. If we have any questions, they answer them. They have done additional things for us as we requested without additional charges. It was a minor thing. We are invoiced monthly. The price is not outrageous, it has been reasonable.

We had a very horrible encounter with them. I showed them bugs that were coming out of the wall and they said that the bugs were flying ants but it ended up being termites. They couldn't even recognize termites, so they had to rip out the whole wall. They ended up having to pay half of the repair but the damage is done.

Terminix was good to us. They found ants at our home once and took care of it right away. I think after our one year contract expires, we will cancel with them for a while because I think we are bug free now. I would contact them if I had pest problems in the future though.

TERMINIX IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY, AND EVEN THOUGH WE STILL HAVE ANTS AROUND, I'LL GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. ANTS ARE PRETTY TOUGH, AND THE GUY WHO COMES DOES A THOROUGH JOB.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. THEY TOLD ME WHERE TO KEEP MY DOG AWAY FROM WHEN THEY WERE DONE SPRAYING. THEY EXPLAINED HOW THE POISON WOULD KILL THE INSECTS.

I THINK TERMINIX INTERNATIONAL CO IS A GOOD COMPANY TO HIRE. THEY USE CLEAN, SAFE CHEMICALS THAT ARE SAFELY USED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. THE PEOPLE ARE ALSO REALLY FRIENDLY.
