I cannot believe how informative this guy was. He stayed on the phone with me for about 1/2 hour just discussing the pros and cons and specifications of different sump pumps. I had not even purchased a deal yet. He was professional and showed genuine concern for the quality of work he provided. I will use his services in the future once I make a decision because his customer service was outstanding.

Bought the sewer rodding coupon. Made appointment. Workman showed up and said he could not carry his equipment across carpet. Needed tarp to keep carpet clean. wanted to charge $100 to put down tarps but didn't have any. Told me to call office to cancel or reschedule. Talked with a few other providers of sewer rodding from Angie's list. All 3 confirmed laying of tarps to keep home clean at no extra charge. So, requested refund from Angie's list.

Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly and professionally. When contractor came out to do service he suggested alternate plumbing routing for ejector pit causing backup in kitchen line. Offered to wait until I fixed ejector pit plumbing and offered quote on that work. I had them rod line anyway since they were there. Finished quickly, cleaned work area and did outstanding job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area and will definitely use them again.

scheduling was very easy, exchanged a few text message with the rep and it was done. the technician arrived on time, was very neat and worked quickly.

Steve came out and provided an estimate. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We made the appoint for July 8, however, they had to reschedule to July 9 which was not a problem for us -in fact with all of the rain we've been getting, it actually worked out better. They completed the work in a timely and professional manner and the price was in the range of the estimate. We are pleased with the outcomes and would recommend this company for plumbing jobs.

Plumber came back after our leak showed up again. Nothing they did caused the leak but they made yet another fix for us and this time it was for free. They also did a job at my daughters and did a very good job and she and her husband were thrilled with the work done there. Really a great relief to have a plumber who is honest and does very high quality work. Recommend them to anyone!

Traffic & construction made them late, but they were on the phone with us with updates on arrival time. Steve was very methodical & thorough in checking the tub & shower for leaks and determined that it was the tile and grout that were the problem. Because he was later than the original time, he replaced the flapper on one of the toilets at no charge. Both Steve and his helper, whose name I cannot remember (sorry) were both very professional, courteous, and efficient. Both of them wore slip-ons over their shoes when they came into the house. We will recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

I have used them twice for two different things. There was no mess or anything. He really did a good job of coming in and coming out. I usually get the same guy. I don’t know what to compare the prices to. I thought that the price was fair. He is good and that is why I called him back the second time. The quality was great and I will use him again if needed.

Well, my hot water heater f was not delivering hot water, (which is what prompted the call) however, by the time the plumber showed up, it was working fine. As for the water softener, it did not seem to be working/cycling as it should-the salt level never changed-turned out this one spigot was in the off position (Doh!) All in all, he was polite and professional. I would use Graham Plumbing again.

It went really well. The person who came out was very timely, he worked very efficiently and quickly, he cleaned up all of his mess and it was really good. He actually gave me an estimate for additional work, a written estimate with very specific information. He was a very friendly guy but he was about business. He went and did what he was supposed to do.

Work went well. The digging was made by using a back hoe and by hand digging. The width of the back hoe was sufficiently narrow so the width of the excavation was minimized. They managed to uncover only the sewer line and not the nearby water line. This was a plus since the overnight temperature got below freezing. Work took two days to finish, however, replacement of the side walk finished on the third day to allow for ok from village inspector.

He was on time, finished the job quickly, and explained everything to me. We're considering them for another job.

They really did an excellent job!! They honored the price quoted, they came out fast to get the work completed. They had about 2ft wide space to work in and they handled it great. They cleaned up very well after themselves and the water from the water heater. The project came with a warranty!

I was pleased with the plumber and the work performed.

They don't have 24/7 service available like advertised. I would have expect they have somebody available in case of emergency. Only voicemail. Don't cover Chicago.

We had a 12 year old ejector pump that needed to be replaced. RJ was a pleasure to do business with from the first phone call to the bill. They took the time to answer ALL of my questions on the phone and was quick to show up to complete the job. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely use them again. Was in and out in under 2 hours... left no mess and was very friendly, courteous and explained all steps of what was happening. - problem was solved

We bought the big deal to have our sewer line rodded. We were not having a sewer stoppage at the time, but because we've had nothing done since we bought the house two years ago, we figured it would be a good preventive maintenance. After we bought the big deal, our bathroom sink stopped up, so we added that to the call. It's a good thing we chose to have this done since it became apparent the sewer had never been cleaned out in who knows how long. Our guy had a very difficult time opening the sewer in the basement. We did not have a clean out plug outside. This brings up one small problem I had with the Big Deal. It says in the small print that it is good for a "reasonable" outlet. What does that mean? Just say that it's good for an outside clean out, and if they have to go into the basement, it will cost more. Anyway, he worked very hard with some very old pipes, and he completed the rodding. He then very quickly took care of our bathroom drain as well. We wound up paying $150 additional for the "unreasonable" sewer outlet and the stopped up drain. It was not an unreasonable price for the work that was done. I would definitely use them again.

On 4/10/13, I called Graham's office & was given a quote. I had a question about whether I needed a 1/3 or 1/2 hp system. I was called back that same day and my question was answered. On 4/12/13 the installation went smoothly, but their invoice did not show anything about the work performed. I phoned their office later that same day requesting a completed invoice. An invoice was e-mailed on Monday, 4/15/13. I was totally satisfied.

The service was great. In March, my backyard was covered by 3 feet of snow. I live in an older home. Even with the help of the plumbing team (which they didn't have to do!), the outside access to the drain could not be identified. The plumbing team then found a solution from the inside of the house. Their fees were reasonable. Their service was top notch. They went above and beyond for what turned out to be a smaller job than was expected. I will use them again for all of our plumbing service. Best plumbing company I've ever contracted.

This is a rental property and my tenants called to inform me that the shower was leaking into the kitchen below. I located RJ Graham and based on their reviews set up an appointment for them to come take a look. They diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and set to work. Both issues were resolved within one hour. John was friendly and efficient. The job came in on estimate and I have a one year warranty on the work. I couldn't be happier, I'll definitely use them again.

Plumber arrived during appointment time. Installed shut off valve. Job took only 20 minutes. Plumber was efficient, knew his trade and was polite.

Had busted pipes in home during the cold spell of last winter. Called RJ Plumbing, sent out a plumber the next day even though they were bombarded with calls of busted pipes. Exhibited professionlism by telling me what they can and can't do, how the work will be performed and the cost associated.
