Carpet Installation
Floor looks great, except for a piece of 1/4 round which still has the label on it. Bought all the materials from Lowe's. Pro Carpet was 1 of 3 choices for the install. Checked them out on the BBB website. Chose them based on that. My only complaint about the price was the practice of charging labor on the extra product that needed to be purchased. That's wrong. You should only be charged on the footage that was installed not purchased. Pro Carpet should get together with Lowe's and correct this policy.
