PLUS ONE CLEANERS

I started going to PLUS ONE CLEANERS because I just moved to Mokena and it was right down the street.  They have great hours so that I am able to drop off and pick up my clothes after work.  They do a good job with my shirts and I have not gotten any complaints from my wife about her clothes, so they are doing a good job.  What I really like though, is that they do not write your name or a number on the bottom of your garments.  This is one of the main reasons I do not go to some cleaners.  The people that work there are nice and all can speak English, (I have been to many cleaners that only speak their native language and it is very hard to communicate any issues).  Overall they have been doing a great job!

Very friendly and prompt service. Dry cleaning was done well. Shirts would often come back with spots in odd places. They could never clean the occasional food stain that I can easily launder out myself. When I had the occasional food stain, I would try to point it out to them but the clerk never seemed to care. The clerk would normally tell me any food stains would come out during laundering but that never happened. When dropping laundry off in the evenings I usually encountered high school students that didn t really seem to care. I finally switched to another dry cleaner. I would recommend them for dry cleaning only but if you have a stain, try to find someone else.
