Ejector pump install went fine. Toilet leaked from from tank after repair. Significantly overcharged my elderly father. Charged $900 for the two repairs which were completed in one hour. No cost for the parts was listed only the final charge. the pump model was listed on the invoice. The pump could be found on line for $400. the float replacement for the toilet can be found for under $20. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. You will be ripped-off.

When the new gas line was put in for the stove, I told Bob that I would be getting a different stove.  The new gas line that he installed is 10" up from the floor.  I told him at the time that it seems too high, and he said, "don't worry about it", the stove will still be able to slide back up against the wall.  After finishing other remodeling here at my house, I have finally installed my new stove.  The new stove does not sit up against the wall because of the gas line.
I called Bob and explained to him the problem.  He got very nasty to me and was blaming me for his mistake.  He said that he did not have the specs for the stove when he installed the gas line and if I wanted him to correct it, he would charge me to come out and fix it, which was around $180.
Bob kept yelling at me over the phone explaining how every stove is different, and the gas line always needs to be adjusted to fit each stove.  When a contracted plumber puts in new gas line in new construction, they have general specs. to accommodate all stoves.  The builder does not know what brand/serial number of the stove that they will be installing at that time or if the buyer will be buying or bring in their own stove.
This plumber is so unprofessional and rude.  He is only out to get more money.

My experience with them didn't go very well at all I got estimates from three other plumbing companies but I chose them because they were more involved. The guy who gave me the estimate told me that they would take care of water supply line inside my refrigerator too but, the guy who came down to do the job said he wouldn't do that job. Another thing was I had some problems with the valves in my toilets. He loosened it up but did not replace the valves. I told him to replace it and he charged me $1000 for the job. Two days after he fixed my toilets, it was clogging. I checked it and there was a lot of wax in the toilet. So, I called him back and he came and fixed it for no charges.

I think very highly of Bob Mitchell. He is incredibly responsive. He will call you back on nights, holidays, weekends, or days.
