Right off the bat I can tell you Gary is extremely punctual and on time or early actually. Very knowledgeable about this project and explained step-by-step exactly what needed to be done.

He was honest and did good job

Willingly went the extra mile taking care of another task over the work that was originally requested. Not having to re-schedule for it was great! Questions were answered clearly and he also offered options, as well as the pros and cons to consider for future potential jobs. No pressure! Would definitely hire again if the need arises.

Gary was on time, courteous and finished ahead of schedule. He explained the work ahead of time and completed the task as promised.

If there was a 10 point evaluation Gary would have it from me!!!!! He's is extremely professional being polite, understanding (I'm a handicapped senior citizen), works hard - always making me aware of what he's doing and double checking my approval !, and willing to share his expertise. These are qualities that are hard to find, especially since I'm "old" and more importantly " a single woman"!! I don't feel I'm being taken advantage of !! I've done my homework and gotten 3 other estimates and in one case felt I was being "set up" and all of them, not being given the opportunity to realize WHY the charge was what it was. Gary allowed me all of these opportunities. I will most certainly refer him to everyone who asks!! (And I'm having a house warming party which Gary will be invited and then I'll boost about his work in person!!) I consider Home Advisor a gift of God - an answer to prayer!! Thank you!! Susi C.

He was fast and responsive but the work was mediocre and we are having to go back and fix a number of things. Not to mention he left a mess we had to clean up after he left.

a minimal amount of parts were needed,with a very HIGH labor charge.for a basic screen repair and adjusting the door so it closed roughly,i think 220$ was very steep.he was friendly,though but with a novice helper.
