Description of Work: A TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD experience with this contractor. Contractor breached the contract on multiple counts and did poor work. After he voluntarily walked off the job, he tried to strong arm us by filing unwarranted liens against our property. My business partner and I eventually filed suit against this contractor for breach of contract and won our case PLUS A SIZEABLE JUDGEMENT, negating any possible excuse this contractor might come up with to brush it off. The work was sloppy at best and we have the photos to prove it. Total waste of time and money we paid him up to the point he walked off. We had to hire another crew to come in and complete, clean up and fix as much of the mess as possible. THIS EXPERIENCE WOULD TOP ANY REALITY TV SHOW ON REHAB NIGHTMARE CONTRACTORS!

Endeavor's quote included other repair work that we needed due to water damage. However, we were only interested in the kitchen repairs and bathroom repairs. When we finally got the claim check, we asked Endeavor to start the kitchen repairs. To our surprise, Endeavor faxed us a contract for $2250 instead of the original quoted price of $1516. We insisted that they honor their original quote, but they never returned our phone calls. We ended up using a different contractor to complete the drywall work.
Description of Work: Endeavor submitted an estimate to demo and replace drywall in the kitchen ceiling for my Allstate insurance claim.

Sam was very courteous, was quick to come out and give an estimate, and was able to get the work done with as little disruption as possible. He was always on time and kept me informed of where he was on the project and what was happening next. All the people he contracted with to do the work were polite and efficient. I would hire him again.
Description of Work: Sam did fire restoration in our home and contractor for cleaning, drywall, electrical, painting and carpentry to restore our office and laundry room.
