DUBLIN BUILDERS

Dublin Home Builders agreed upon a punch-list items that needed to be completed by the builder after closing. After 3 months, the punch-list is still not completed and the builder has stopped responding to all email and phone contact. The punch-list was not complicated and all of the items had been agreed to contractually. For example, the builder put in 2 different light fixtures in the master bath and was to replace one so that the fixtures would match. That has yet to be done. One of the major items is our front porch, the contractor had the carpenter build a porch that was nothing like the rendering and elevation that we agreed upon. He has yet to change it after a month. Meanwhile, the builder is construction another new home a few blocks away.
We are very disappointed with Dublin Builders.

It was a great experience. This was the third home we built, and Ger was the best contractor of the three. He was fun to work with. We feel the quality is better than other similarly priced homes we looked at. Even after we closed, Ger stops by to check on things and makes minor adjustments.
