The company has sub-standard customer services and, worse, does a very poor job installing tile flooring. The tile in the flooring is completely loose and coming up. Examination of loose tiles that were pulled BY HAND revealed zero mortar coverage, i.e.: tiles were never adhered to the floor. The worst of it is that they refuse to comes out and inspect the problem as well as to remedy it even when payment for repair work is being offered. If you have a choice of tiling contractors, run away from this one.
