Beautiful work. You can't tell that there was ever any damage. Plus, they buffed out some surface scratches on the hood and door - for free! BTW, Central Collision is now part of Service King. Same people, same great service, under a new corporate banner.

I had hit what I believe to be truck tire debris in South Carolina, in a snow storm.  No time to stop and check the damage.  Once we got home, I took the car in for three estimates.  Central Collision was the middle of the pack on pricing.  Called my insurance company, who expedited my check to the repair shop.  The damage was right above the back passenger tire and of course, right where the two pieces of metal meet.  It required that they remove the roof rack on that side, which included remove the head liner in the interior.  All in all it took 4 days.  I picked up the car after surveying the outer side, but didn't see the interior until my husband got into the car.  Took the car back and within 15 minutes, problem solved.

I had my car towed to CCC after a bad accident. The back and forth with my insurance went on for over a week, but CCC kept me up to date daily. They were always friendly and professional. My car ended up being a total loss so no work was done. But due to my experience with CCC I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

The dent repair was not included in the contract. Central Collision did the work as a courtesy. All the work was top quality.

Repaired the damage to the front anf rear passanger side dooors. It is not possible to detect their was any damage to the car on compleation. The job was done on time and at the estimated cost and all personell were very professional.

I struggled with them initially getting them to return phone calls and give me actionable information. I was initially unable to physically visit the shop due to work travel so I was doing all the business over phone and email. I delivered my car with the key's early Monday morning and called about 10 AM to schedule the estimate. I was told they would have the estimate to me soon which turned out to be close to 5 PM their closing time. I usually would call 2 or 3 times before I would get accurate answers to my questions. The car sat for a week because they failed to email the estimate to the insurance company. I finally took time off from work to visit the shop in person before I was able to talk with the shop manager and get real answers to their schedule. It was a week before Christmas and they said the car might not be finished before Christmas. I made a choice to pay half of the repair bill up front so I could get their attention and get my car repaired before the Christmas. After making the up front payment they started giving me daily updates either via phone or email. It ultimately took them 2 full weeks from initial estimate to final completion. As for the repairs to the car I think they did a great job. If I ever have work done there again I will ask for the shop manager as the office staff needs to step up their game. My recommendation for Central Collision is to send their staff out for customer service training.

Unfortunately, this is the second accident my husband has been in in the past four months. The first time, my husband was hit in the rear quarter panel by a car backing out of a driveway. This time, he was rearended by a car at a stoplight. Both repairs were perfection without any indication the truck was ever in an accident. To add to the great body work, Central Collision then details the vehicle. At least if my husband has to be hit, he's also hit on a great place to have body work done. Kudos to Central Collision!
