CarSmart!

The staff at CarSmart are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the products they use and the labor involved in advance, and answer any questions. They seem to put a priority on doing quality work rather than just rushing customers through. I chose to go here rather than taking my vehicle to a chain and am really glad I did. Recommended.

We purchased a used van that had had quite a few coffee spills to say the least and was extremely grungy from all the use it had seen throughout the years of hauling miscellaneous items (it was previously owned by a man who runs an auto parts store). Needless to say it had a musty smell to the interior. Since we wanted to use it to cart people around and not objects, we thought it best to find a place to have it detailed. My first impression when I called Carsmart was phenomenal! I spoke to Tom who went into extra detail about the process they perform and described how their policy is that they at least touch every square inch so as not to miss anything. He also explained that they use a dry method of shampooing (can't remember the exact term) because using water can actually take longer to dry and may cause mildew afterward. I had never had a vehicle detailed so I was grateful for the full explanations. He gave me a quote over the phone after I explained in full to him what we had and was very flexible on appointment times. We were asked to leave it for a full day as it would take about 5 hours to detail. We were able to drop off the van after hours and leave the key in a key drop. When my husband went to pick up the van, it was done on time and the man he spoke to was curtious. We found out that it had taken them almost twice the amount of time it should have to detail! That's how horrendous the interior was! They had taken the extra time to get it as clean as possible instead of hurrying the job along. And what's even better is that they stuck with their quoted price. He said that I had warned him over the phone of how bad it was and that he was going to honor what he had told me. When I finally saw the van after my husband brought it home, I was in shock!!! It was not the same van! A fresh clean scent rolled out of the van upon opening the door. Though you could still tell that there had been stains in some areas (you simply cannot remove certain stains completely) they had been significantly reduced to almost nothing and were barely noticeable. Every hard surface was clean, every dial and knob had been meticulously cared for. Even the seat belts were shiny and appeared new. I definitely felt much better about breathing the air in that van! I felt that they did an extremely thorough job and had great customer service. If they went through the extra trouble to take care of such a ridiculously dirty van, then I know they will handle other vehicles with that great care. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family and will definitely be bringing in our other vehicle which is smaller and way less beat-up.

I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done on my van. The finish looks brand new and they were able to remove some scratches that I thought would never come out. I just had my other car done at another shop for alittle less money (though vans do cost more) but I don't think the other shop can compare to CarSmart. I could tell by the job they did that they knew I took care of my vehicles. I would highly recommend them for detailing services. I have used them for other types of work also.

We stopped at the shop on 06/05 to get a price. We liked it so we made an appointment for the next day. We dropped the car off at 9am and were told it would be ready by 5:30. We went to pick it up at 5:30 and it was ready as promised. We were given detailed instructions of all dos and don'ts as to how to care for the tinting. The warrantee was also fully explained to us. We were asked to stop by later in the week just to have it all checked out. The folks at this shop were very professional and polite. They seemed very knowledgeble about their product. The car was returned clean.

I originally went to them because of their proximity. They did a good job of the detailing.
