Body Tech, located at 19815 LaGrange Road in Mokena offers the latest in fitness along with the expertise to make the most of your efforts. Everyone knows that being fit is better for your health, as well as making you look better, but many can't seem to get started on the road to fitness. We, at Body Tech, will help you get on the right path immediately and keep you motivated so you can see the results. Members of the club enjoy the benefits of exercise under the watchful eyes of exercise experts and find friendship with others who have the same goals. Body Tech has a huge, 21,000 square foot facility with over 200 pieces of cardio and strength equipment. Besides the equipment, Body Tech offers a full line of programming to make fitness fun and exciting. With over 40 classes per week including, pilates, yoga, step aerobics, cycling, kickboxing, bootcamp, power pump, zumba, and active older adults, you are sure to find something you like. In addition, being an official CrossFit affiliated facility, Body Tech has a dedicated 4,000 sq ft CrossFit facility with 8 certified CrossFit instructors. The club also has 11 certified personal trainers to help members achieve their goals. A certified dietician is also on staff to help with nutritional questions. The Sure Fit Program helps new members plan their fitness goals. With this program, we give four free sessions with one of our personal trainers during the first 30 days. The trainer will individualize a program for each person and write out a workout prescription. Day Care for children is also offered, so parents can workout knowing their child is safe and nearby.
