Description of Work: Although it was Valentines Day, the busiest day of the year for florists, An English Garden in Mokena failed to provide any customer service whatsoever. After cancelling an internet order I called the florist to make other arrangements, complaining that they were too busy, they refused to take any new orders. I then called the Flower Cottage in Frankfort and they professionally and quickly helped me out!

Kim is wonderful and her personal touch to each order is outstanding. My clients and friends are amazed with her beautiful flower arrangements and gift baskets. I ordered flowers and gift baskets for clients and friends over the past two months from An English Garden and the quality is number one. An English Garden is a gem.
