Alpha and omega inspected my roof and informed me of the damage from the storm. After insurance approval they installed a fantastic roof. The entire process was simple,they were professional,clean,on time and delivered a quality product. The price was great too. I highly recommend.

DO NOT TO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! These guys came knocking on my front door claiming my roof needed a repair and it was covered by my homeowners insurance, so we filed a claim thru my insurance company. They are a bunch of scammers, they damage your shingles on purpose so the insurance pays out. They had me sign a contract that states that if they damage the gutters they are not responsible, and of course these clowns damaged my gutters, also an air vent was not installed and shingles went right over the spot. Shows how unprofessional these people really are. When it came to give me some sort of credit for their stupidness they did not want to give us any. I should have read reviews online before dealing with these guys because the majority of them are extremely bad.

THIS HOMEOWNER GOT THE BEST WORK HE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH FREE UPGRADE TO LIFETIME SHINGLES BUT IT GOT TO THE POINT WERE THERE IS NO ROOM TO ANY FREE WORK!!!! WE NOT IN BUSINESS TO GIVE AWAY FREE STUFF The statements are not accurate. The customer filed a loss with his insurance company stating he had wind/hail damage. The insurance adjuster went to the home and agreed and they paid him to have his roof redone. He signed an agreement with our company stating that we would only charge him his deductible and the amount of the proceeds received from the insurance company. In our contract which the customer signed, it states that we aren't responsible for scratches to gutters or flat tires. When the work was completed, the customer advised the insurance company that everything was completed and that he was happy so they paid the remaining balance to him. We contacted him to make arrangements to pick up the final payment in the amount of $2,927.43. The customer then decides that there were issues. Supposedly a vent was missing. After looking at the issue, I agreed that we did take off an old vent and because it was for stove exhaust and there were no pipes to connect it to the vent so we patched in plywood and installed the felt and shingles. The customer then demanded $500.00 credit for scratches on his gutters. After I explained to him again about scratches were not covered he got very upset and said he wasn't going to pay anything. I explained to him that we could work this out versus having it becoming a legal issue. We then agreed to discount for him $177.43 and in the spring when he gets the stove exhaust connected we would be glad to come out and install the vent and he could pay us the $177.43. He stated I can do that work myself...So we agreed that he would pay $2,750.00. He gave us a check and then after I left his home he filed this complaint. We did a great job on the roof and tried to make things right for the customer. We stand behind our warranty and if he should decide to call us in the spring we would be happy to go and install the vent. This complaint should have never been filed and it is very misleading. by Business on 12/21/2016"

This company promoted as local. They took $10K down in Feb. Did minimal work to get by. Multiple crews. Poor to no supervision. Left job site in a mess I had to clean. Differed from insurance claim and 2 months ago threatened with "Giant extra charges" (their words). Used company name and supposed "faith" to scam us. We have leaks. We have and extremely poor job and they are gone. Fair warning; nothing is as it seems with this company. Alpha Omega is horrible from the beginning to the end.

Alpha and Omega Exteriors collected my insurance claim for hail damage to my roof and never began the work as promised. I have been waiting six months. At first I was given many excuses for why the services were not being completed such as "crews that quit". Now, they do not answer their phones or call me back. My next step is to contact my insurance company.

Exceptional work. Hope, the crew leader, kept us informed as they went along. Cleaned up when they were done, and left it exactly as it was before. If you are looking for someone to do outside work, I would definitely recommend them.
