Description of Work: The roof on my home was damaged in a storm and needed to get replaced. I received four estimates from different roofers they all offered the same warranty. This roofer recommended/offered a color that matched my brick color that enhances my home now and also offer extras at no additional charge such as matching colored roof vents to the shingles matching the furnace/hot water heater vent color to the roof color and also the vent stack too. He also touched up the gutters with matching paint that had been rubbed off by tree branches. Repitched gutters over the patio door and fixed (resealed) all the mitered (inside and outside corners) that leaked. The roof was a complete tear-off and he would also replace any required plywood at no additional cost (if required) no new plywood was required. Other roofers wanted to charge $35.00 for a 4'x8' sheet. He also put in place diverters on two areas of my gutters to keep the water from running down the valleys of the roof an on to my patio at no charge.The size of my roof was very large and required over 50 squares. The roof was a 5 12 pitch and also required a 6' ice and water shield and some of the estimates only offered only 3' ice and water shield. Village code required a min. of 2' from the interior wall plus your overhang which was 18" and the ice and water shield comes in 3' rolls. He also offered a 30 lb felt called Gorilla Guard by Atlas when others offered only 15 lb felt. The price he quoted me was the middle of all the estimates plus the extras I considered a fair price. The crew was on time, job was done quickly (3 days), cleaned up everything and moved everything back to were it belonged after working in that area of the roof. I was very happy with the final results.
