They claimed that our house electric voltage was spiking and damaged the furnace. They did a trick with their voltage meter to pretend that the voltage was constantly changing. The technician called himself "Tommy". He called a man at the office and put him on the speakerphone. He was part of the hoax, too. They refused to honor our warranty. Tommy said the circuit board was burnt out and he wanted $1,000 to replace it. We were very suspicious and asked them to leave. The house electric was tested after they left. The voltage meter read a constant 120 volts! There was nothing wrong with our house electric! Furthermore, there was nothing wrong with the circuit board. The ignitor was replaced and the furnace now runs fine! It was a $41 part! A Professional is a criminal enterprise!!!
