Don came out a month ago to help us with a mouse issue - he was prompt, explained everything he was doing, and in the end, didn't charge us anything. We'd recently been noticing a larger amount of spiders/bugs around the house, so we called him back to come do a general spray. He was on the road when I called to make the appointment, but he took my name and number and called me back a couple of hours later. He was able to come within a couple of days, and he was very friendly when I made the appointment. He was on time, and very friendly when he arrived - he sprayed inside all around the house, and also did the exterior. Everything he uses is human and pet safe, which is great, since we have a dog - it was nice not having to leave the house! It was $145 for the spray, and our house is about 3,000 square feet, so it was pretty reasonable. He also guarantees his work for 6 months, which is great! We'd use him again!

.I call Don on 9-14-15. He arrive on time as promise. I had Pharaoh Ants in my kitchen area. As I stated he basically spray all baseboard in the entire house. He left me several bait traps (That works!).. He stated if the problem does not clear up in three weeks, he will return at NO CHARGE. He arrive yesterday and cleared up the issues. I mention if I had other insect problems, what can he do? He said his work is guarantee for 6 months and that will cover my other problem. I would recommend Don to everyone. Professional and knowledge is what he offers. He is a professional that keeps his word. He is in business for himself and he work on referrals. I would not hesitate on calling him again.

Called Don at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. He answered his phone and was able to come out at 1:00 p.m. He was right on time, treated the nest and guaranteed his work! Great guy and would absolutely hire again. Pricing was very reasonable and he was very responsive...what else could you ask for? Hornet nest was in the cedar siding and getting into basement.

We had called because of a nest of bees that had settled in under our cedar siding making it difficult to walk in our backyard to our shed. Don answered our phone call and said he could come over within an hour. Didnt expect that on a weekend. He arrived promptly and he told us that the type of bees we had were those pesky ones that bother you at picnics. Learned these types of bees do NOT lose their stingers and can sting repeatedly if they feel you are threatening their nest. Don applied an application of powder into the nest hole and around the entire trim area. We were told that they would be eliminated in 24 to 72 hours and if we did not see that was the case...to call and he would return at no extra charge. We were given a warranty through November. Within 24 hours, we could walk in our backyard to our shed again without any interruptions. We have had Orkin in the past....and you are made to sign a contract for a year service. They come every two months and spray here and there and charge you each visit... Not the case with Don. He was professional, educational, prompt and reasonably priced with no forced extension contract. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE NEEDING PEST CONTROL!

Don came on time and treated for ants and spiders. Very nice and professional. He guaranteed his work for 6 months with a fixed price. I used to use Orkin and they would come once a month and charge me for each treatment. I like this approach much better. Thanks Don!

Every Spring we get ants that come in from the back of the house into the kitchen/eating area. We had put those small ant traps down and that seemed to work at the time. Spring of 2013 we had large black ants coming in and we were concerned they were carpenter ants. Don, the owner of the company, came to our house the day after I called him. We learned SO much about ants! First of all we did NOT have carpenter ants AND those little black traps do absolutely nothing for the ants that we had. He took us outside and showed us where on our wood siding and window trim the ants wood be coming in. He recommended products to use in certain spots, a liquid and a powder, to repel the ants. He also suggested replacing some warped window trim. All these suggestions did the trick! Also our dog had just been sprayed by a skunk a few days before and we washed her with many suggested formulas but the bad odor still lingered. Don recommended FreshWave pet shampoo and that's how we found a wonderful product line for getting rid of bad smells of all kinds! All this advice and he didn't charge us at all because he didn't do any work. Don is a very nice man! Now it is Spring of 2014 and here come the ants again. Even though my husband has more of the supplies on hand he wanted me to call Don to do the work because we have a party here in 5 days and many other things to take care of around the house. Nothing we tried helped. For c $140 He came and took care of it and audio said it covered us for that price for six months and that it was typical to need follow up visits due to eggs hatching. It wad way better after first visit. Had to have him out two more times and now no more problems. A very nice guy,prompt, and professional. Highly recommend!

It was great! Don was very responsive when I called, and he came out quickly since it was a pressing issue. Furthermore, I appreciated that he only charged me once and continued to follow up for free over a 6-month period until all of the centipedes had been eradicated.

I went with this company because they had a 6 month rather than the usual 3 month guarantee. It took 3 visits, but he did get rid of the ants in a rental duplex. Don gave the tenants his card and asked them to contact him directly if the ants came back. That made the process a lot easier for me.

So far everything is fine. The problem appears to be gone. A nice honest businessman. As I stated above, I already recommended him to neighbor and he helped there also. If I had similar problems again, I would call this provider.

This was as reasonable a result as one can expect given carpenter ants invade. I am to call Don if more than a straggler or two appear.

Don arrived at 1:00 which was the appointment time. He walked through the house to see just what was needed. He actually indicated that we only needed automatic service twice a year but we wanted to do it three times and so that was the agreement we reached. Don proceeded to apply the pet friendly (we have a 12 year old puppy). He will be back in July/August time frame.

Don is a great guy to work with. He is personable and explains what the process will be to deal with a specific pest problem. I appreciated his knowledge and confidence in being able to deal with the problem. He also gives a 6 month guarantee and that helps me feel confident in his company.

He arrived on time & evaluated the situation, explained the best way to handle it, how much it would cost, how long it would take & that it was guaranteed for a specified amount of time. He was able to handle the situation immediately and it eliminated the wasps for that area & from getting inside the house. He also showed me an area inside that needed caulking to prevent further insects from getting into the house. I used his service the previous year when a chipmunk had gotten into the house. He also provided useful tips at that time, which I followed, to keep any other small animals from getting inside. He has always been extremely knowledgeable and extremely reasonable in price.

There is nobody around our area for pest control and we've used them before. We are satisfied with them. If we didn't like them we wouldn't use them.

Their price was reasonable. I really liked them. They did a good job of explaining where the ants were coming from. They made sure that they used something that didn’t affect my pets. I will use them again in the future.

A Arrest came out the same day and on time. Traps were set and bait was laid. Everything was explained to us satisfactorily and the culprit was caught the next day.

When I called Don he gave me a quote for his services and promptly came to the house. He searched the bathroom cabinets and found nothing, but then heard noise in the wall of something trying to escape. After carefully listening for a few minutes he concluded that it was a bird. In order to remove the bird he would have to cut a hole in the wall, but I had to get someone to repair the hole. I did not allow him to cut a hole. When I asked his fee he said he would not charge because he didn't do anything. It was a pleasant surprise.
