This is the second time we've used Stem to Stern. The first time the inspection caused us to back out of the purchase. This time, it gave us great confidence in the decision we'd made to buy the house. Both times we were extremely impressed with the entire process, from their responsiveness to our initial phone call, the emailed follow up, including confirmation and agreement documents, the inspection itself and the thoroughness of the final report. The inspector and all of their representatives are extremely professional, extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with.
