We could not reproduce the problem during the service call, however, the gentlemen (I apologize I cannot remember his name at this point) who came to our residence was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.

Very timely, and professional, looks great. In the process of installation, a new light switch was required on the wall. Jeff, replaced the switch, at no additional cost ! His quote was met, with extra time, and material used.

Jeff worked with us to insure we were completely satisfied, as well as answering every question we could think of. Jeff did what he advertises. Quick call backs, on time service, and complete customer satisfaction. To say we were completely satisfied, does not do him justice. We had investigated other electricians in the area, but could not even get a call back. Too bad for them, great for Jeff. We plan on calling again with future projects in our new home!

Jeff was great!! I was having problems with people I called that would either never call me back or make an excuse as to why they couldn't come out. Perhaps they thought the job was too small. In any case I called Jeff and he came out that very evening to give me an estimate. We then arranged for him to come back the following week to do the work. He was prompt, polite and very clean. I definitely would call him again and recommend him.

Jeff returned my call within 20 minutes. Even though it was late Friday afternoon, Jeff came to fix my breaker--important because it was the one for the air conditioner! He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.

Jeff answered his phone on my first call and came within the hour because our electrical service went out and we had no power. He stopped by after hours to temporarily fix our problem and give us power until he could come back and change the service. He took care of all the necessary permits, and kept us informed as to when he would be starting the work. He showed up on the scheduled date and time and even laid tarps down to control the mess. When he was through everything worked great and he cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased to finally find a contractor like Jeff and would definitely hire him again.
