We had an old silver maple tree in the front yard of the property we recently purchased that continued to release large and dangerous branches to the sidewalk and yard below during each significant storm. We called around for estimates. Magic Hands is the service the village of River Forest uses for their storm damage regularly, and they were the crew onsite the first time we witnessed a branch downed due to a storm. They we not the cheapest, but their price was competitive and signaled they were a valued operation. Scheduling with them was challenging, due to the fact that whenever it would storm they would have to put all their scheduled work on hold and attend to the storm damage. I understand this is the nature of their business, and we accommodated the flux in schedule. Ultimately they did a great job, very professional and thorough. The area where the tree resided was clean and finished looking. We were happy with their work, and would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone with a situation similar to ours.

I have been happy with them. They haven't sent a bill for the last work but they were very reasonable when they cut down the trees. They were so much more reasonable than the other bids we got. They did a real good job. Their bid was significantly lower than other bids we got. They call us back and they show up. They do very good work and clean up well. They are very polite and the price is good. They do a lot of work in the area. I will definitely use them in the future.
