The person that answers the phone was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, the person that came out to do the work was less so. The work was scheduled for Saturday. He came out on Friday to assess the job, and he promised to be back the following day. I called him in the morning to get an approximate time, but he never called back. We finally contacted him in the afternoon, and he indicated that he was on his way. He never showed up or called with an explanation. The work didn't get done, and that was the only day that we had to move the tree (he was well-aware of this). Unfortunately, we had turned away another company that was willing to do the work out of loyalty to BIG TREES, which was in retrospect misguided on our part.

They were supposed to plant three trees. They were able to plant two of them. They had to change the third one. They supplemented for a different one.

"(Member Name Removed) was a great customer, the third tree couldn't be planted by our truck mounted tree spade due to excessive rock in the soil so we hand dug the hole and brought in a beautiful Autumn Blaze Maple that was balled and burlapped from the nursery. Just wanted to clear up his comment."
