Our experience with Edwards and Sons was excellent from the beginning, from the free estimate to the post installation inspection. They were extremely responsive to all our questions and satisfactorily addressed all our concerns. They were very accommodating working around our schedule to make it convenient. The work crew was remarkable they were fast, thorough and took care to ensure the disruption was minimized. They did a great job of cleaning up after the fact and made sure we were satisfied. Mr. Schaller was professional, accommodating and emphasized the importance for us to be satisfied with the work and make him aware of anything we weren?t happy with. I would highly recommend Edwards and Sons and will use them for all our future roofing, siding and gutter needs.

I would say that they did a good job, but they were slow to respond. They were delayed a bit in coming out to the house. I kept calling them to make sure they didn't forget. Their pricing was reasonable. It's a small private company.

Contractor was prompt, provided reasonable explanation and estimate, and perfomed the repair. No leaks since!

Darrin Agne is a true professional. The reason I am submitting this report is because the Metro Illinois area homeowners need to know about this roofer to avoid scams and inferior workmanship by other companies. I had a bad experience with another roofer. Darrin showed up when he said he would, did the work meticulously and even made referrals for other work I needed. He prides himself on his work and those of people he refers as he believes he is only as good as his last job. How refreshing.
