Dow Heating & Air Conditioning

Duane and the guys at DOW Heating & Air did a top notch job installing a new ultra-efficient heater & A/C unit for my home in 2015. I got a great deal at an amazing price. They even called me a month and 3 months post-install to make sure everything was still going great. I asked about one thing at the 1-month call, and he sent a guy out right away to check on it and take care of it at no cost to me. I will only use DOW in my area after that.

Dwayne was and is terrific to work with!!! Not only is he highly skilled, professional and extremely knowledgeable, he is a joy to have around. When dealing with all of the annual maintenance issues that accompany keeping a house in shape, it is a rare thing to actually look forward to the visit of a contractor and it may sound odd, but my husband and I enjoy his visits. And he is GREAT with our animals. When a part malfunctioned on our furnace, the customer service we received was stellar! - I had the impression that he was more concerned about our comfort than we were and he squeezed us into his schedule with very short notice and in record time. I also called him to service my elderly father's system and he was extremely patient and kind and again, did a terrific job for a very fair price. As far as I'm concerned, this is the way it should be -- a skilled professional with integrity, whom I am totally comfortable to have in my home and I can trust completely to do excellent work for a fair price. We couldn't ask for more!
