They were flexible on scheduling. They made solid and useful recommendations on our problems; we had 3 options from which to choose They did great work, efficiently, aka faster than I expected. They were respectful and careful in our space while working, we had all three toilets replaced. They cleaned up and left a great new environment. We have used them for both emergency work (in the past) and planned work ( this job); in both cases we’re were extremely satisfied with both the work and th ed experience.
