Do not pay for work not completed. After paying the final installment on my retaining walls very little work has been done and now 2 months after the start of what was supposed to be a 2 week job the work is not finished and I have not heard from this company in two weeks. This was a terrible experience. I have never been treated so badly by a business. The replacement of existing retaining wall was mostly completed although several blocks were chipped. A smaller second retaining wall was only half completed and they didn't leave enough material to finish the project although I paid for the material. The burying of a downspout pipe was not completed. I am not able to contact this business anymore as they are not returning my phone calls, emails, or texts.
