Was a Saturday night, about 11 pm. Even though not a regular customer, he can out that night and had to run back to warehouse to get a blower motor and install it. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it very quickly.

I had a vent in one of my bedrooms that was actually closed off and not getting any circulation. When the air conditioner was turned off, you would hear the thumping noise. He told me what to do over phone and I took a vacuome cleaner and cleaned it. After that, the noise went away. He could’ve come out here and charge me, but he didn’t charge me a thing.

I was trying to avoid the larger companies, so I called them. They were able to get out to my house immediately. He answered all of my questions. He gave me some advice on how to extend the life of my furnace. The price seemed to be good.
