Well, we are still very early in the process.  I called them months ago just to get a basic question answered.  Since then, they have spent multiple hours with my family and I trying to help us down a road that we have never been before.  He has offered me assistance in every category of the process and has been incredibly flexible and accommodating!    They are a Great company with old fashioned morals and values.  Again, he has not asked for a dime even after spending so much time and effort helping my family.
