A Susan Lynn representative picked up my chair for reupholstery along with a deposit check for $200 in October. The work to my knowledge has not been performed. This company is almost impossible to reach. All messages have gone unreturned. On two occasions I did reach representatives who promised to look into this matter. On another occasion I was told that the upholsterer was out of the country. Three months ago I did reach Susan Lynn's husband by phone and he promised to complete the reupholstery of my chair within two weeks. Currently, the company phone is "being investigated for technical difficulties."

THEY REUPHOLSTER OLD CHAIRS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
