They have very good people. Their people are very knowledgeable, and they have very high quality standards. The system that I used is a Mitsubishi system. That's what they installed for me, which is a very much top-of-the-line, very expensive system, so I won't blame Sub Zero for the price. They did a real nice job, and their people are real easy to work with. You can see that I've had a fairly long association with them. They did another big project for me in 2008. I also have them do my regular maintenance on my heating system, which is a hot water boiler.

There was a lot of juggling of contractors on that project, but they worked very well with me and with the other contractors on the job. It was actually mostly the same people working on the same trades then working on both of these, and it worked out very well. They do the regular maintenance on my boiler, and since they were digging into my system and re-piping it, they did the regular maintenance on it at the same time. That typically is like $125 or something, the regular maintenance, so it's minor compared to everything else.

It went fine, happy with results.

Person I talked to on the phone initially was very courteous and helpful. The tech that came out was also very helpful.

The same day I called an estimater came to give me a qoute for A/C. I enquired about a specific brand and was told on the phone that they were dealers. After nearly three hours I ended up with an estimate on a brand that I specifically told him I was not interested in. It turned out the estimate was over $1,000 higher than the A/C company I hired.

I really trust this company. They did some extra work for us as well, and did a good job. The technicians really explained everything, gave a few options, and I felt like they weren't pushy at all. They seemed to have a lot of experience, made some good recommendations. We've been happy with their work!

They were not able to come on time but they did call to let me know. They did do quality work. This is the second time I used them and I would use them again.
