We had carpenter bees. They dig into your deck. They swarm and protect there nest. So it makes it horrible to go outside and try to enjoy our deck. Now we just do it our self.

They were accommodating, efficient, and effective. I would definitely use them again if we had another squirrel problem. Their response time is very good and they come out straight away. When you let them know that a squirrel has been captured they come as quickly as possible. They either come the same day or if you find a squirrel trapped at night they come and pick them up the next day. They have the cages covered so the animals aren't exposed to rain and they are also kind to the animals.

I would recommend them. They have just been real good and we had great service from them over the years. If anybody ever has a problem they take care of it.
